Nano Fish & Chips has served Brighton's gluten-free community since 2015. In May 2026 it turned the whole premises into a dedicated 100% gluten-free kitchen, having previously offered gluten-free options alongside a wider menu. Fish and chips are cooked to order in its own gluten-free batter, with a wide choice of vegan and vegetarian alternatives, giving customers with coeliac disease and others on a gluten-free diet a specialist option. Open Monday to Saturday, 5pm to 9pm; closed on Sunday.
